In August, 2022, we have seen 276 properties listed which has resulted in a 42.27% increase from August, 2021 in which 194 properties were listed; We have seen a year to date volume of 2048 in 2022 and 1884 in 2021 resulting in an 8.70% increase.

 

In August, 2022, we have seen a total volume of 121 sold properties which has resulted in a 24.84% decrease from August, 2021 in which 161 listings were sold; We have seen a year to date volume of 1066 in 2022 and 1415 in 2021 resulting in a 24.66% decrease.

 

The average sales price in August, 2022 is $684K, a 1.52% decrease from August, 2021. The average sales price of August, 2021 was $694K. We have seen a year to date average sales price of $803K in 2022 and $690K in 2021 resulting in a 16.32% increase.

 

The average ask to sell ratio in August, 2022 was 0.978, a 6.43% decrease from August, 2021 with an ask to sell ratio of 1.046. We have seen a year to date average ask to sell ratio of 1.071 in 2022 and 1.067 in 2021 resulting in a 0.41% increase.
