In September, 2022, we have seen a total volume of 116 sold properties which has resulted in a 39.90% decrease from September, 2021 in which 193 listings were sold; We have seen a year to date volume of 1183 in 2022 and 1608 in 2021 resulting in a 26.43% decrease.

The average sales price in September, 2022 is $682K, a 9.01% decrease from September, 2021. The average sales price of September, 2021 was $750K. We have seen a year to date average sales price of $791K in 2022 and $697K in 2021 resulting in a 13.42% increase.

The average ask to sell ratio in September, 2022 was 0.972, a 7.92% decrease from September, 2021 with an ask to sell ratio of 1.056. We have seen a year to date average ask to sell ratio of 1.061 in 2022 and 1.065 in 2021 resulting in a 0.40% decrease.
