In September, 2022, we have seen 1.26K properties listed which has resulted in a 7.21% decrease from September, 2021 in which 1.36K properties were listed; We have seen a year to date volume of 16.2K in 2022 and 16.1K in 2021 resulting in a 0.12% increase.

 

In September, 2022, we have seen a total volume of 672 sold properties which has resulted in a 35.38% decrease from September, 2021 in which 1040 listings were sold; We have seen a year to date volume of 8592 in 2022 and 12343 in 2021 resulting in a 30.39% decrease.

 

The average sales price in September, 2022 is $930K, a 4.27% decrease from September, 2021. The average sales price of September, 2021 was $971K. We have seen a year to date average sales price of $1.05M in 2022 and $910K in 2021 resulting in a 15.59% increase.

 

The average ask to sell ratio in September, 2022 was 0.998, a 14.14% decrease from September, 2021 with an ask to sell ratio of 1.162. We have seen a year to date average ask to sell ratio of 1.144 in 2022 and 1.134 in 2021 resulting in a 0.90% increase.
